Northern California Great Pyrenees Rescue Dogs are featured in a special canine unit at the annual Aptos 4th parade. All pyr. big white fluffy dogs are asked to dressed in blue and red and bring along their with two-legged friends. Parade line-up is at 9 a.m. at Wells Fargo Bank on Soquel Dr. Club members and guests celebrate at near-by post-parade gathering. Wine Passport Program | July 21 (11 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Santa Cruz Mountain wineries, including many who are not open to the public, welcome Wine Passport holders to their vineyards, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.. Meet the winemakers and taste vintages of the more than 43 participating wineries and several area restaurants that host Passport dining and tasting menus. Current event details, tickets ($30) and Passport Maps are available from the Association's online office: www.scmwa.com. Individual commemorative Passport stamps are given at each location.
