For over 25 years Chef Ross has been led down an amassing culinary path that has finally brought him to the Shadowbrook Restaurant. At the age of 13 he found a passion in cooking while working at his family restaurant, the famed Pine Inn in Carmel, California. Now his contemporary creations combine classical techniques that are blended with the freshest products from our local organic farms along with the finest ingredients from around the world. Everything on the Shadowbrook menu is made in-house and Chef Ross insists that every plate be the best it can be.
