Since joining the Crow's Nest in 1998, executive chef Jeff Westbrook is most proud of the ethnic influences he has introduced to the menu including Asian, Southwestern and Mediterranean cuisine. He has also broadened the scope of the seafood offerings for which the Crow's Nest is famous, introducing new fish species such as Ono and Opaka, all prepared in new and imaginative ways, and has introduced the now-popular rotisserie smoker line-up. Jeff's culinary influence has helped to insure that the Crow's Nest will keep on pleasing guests for years to come.
